There is an article in the Smithsonian Magazine, entitled “Want to Work Out Like Walt Whitman or Henry VIII? Try These Historic Fitness Regimes,” by Greg Presto. It describes the first-class gym equipment aboard the Titanic complete with a photo of the gym. In the photo, there were two machines that really caught my attention.
